But many people do not know what to do before installing linear bearings, installation and use of what to pay attention to? 1、在安装直线轴承之前必须先清除机械安装面的毛边、污物及表面伤痕。直线轴承涂有防锈油，安装前请用清洗油类将基准面洗净后再安装，通常基准面清除防锈油后易生锈，建议用润滑油涂抹黏度较低的主轴。
1, before installing linear bearings, remove the burrs, dirt and surface marks of the mechanical installation surfaces. Linear bearings are coated with rust-proof oil. Please clean the base plane before installation and install it again. Usually the base plane is easy to rust after removing rust-proof oil. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil to the spindle with low viscosity.
2、将用直线轴承轻轻安置在床台上，使用侧向固定螺丝或其他固定治具使线轨与侧向安装面轻轻贴合。安装使用前要确认螺丝孔是否吻合，假设底座加工孔不吻合又强行锁紧螺栓，会大大影响组合精度与使用品质。
2. Place the linear bearing gently on the bed table, and use the lateral fixing screw or other fixing fixtures to make the track slightly fit the lateral mounting surface. Before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes are in conformity with each other. Assuming that the machining holes of the base do not match and the bolts are locked forcibly, the combination accuracy and the use quality will be greatly affected.
3、由中央向两侧按顺序将直线轴承的定位螺丝旋紧，使轨道与垂直安装面贴合，由中央位置开始向两端迫紧可以得到较稳定的精度。垂直基准面稍旋紧后，加强侧向基准面的锁紧力，使直线轴承能够切实贴合侧向基准面。
3. Tighten the positioning screw of the linear bearing in order from the center to both sides, so that the track fits with the vertical mounting surface, and tighten from the center position to both ends can obtain a more stable precision. After the vertical datum is tightened slightly, the locking force of the lateral datum is strengthened, so that the linear bearing can effectively fit the lateral datum.
4、使用扭力扳手依照各种材质一一锁紧扭矩，将直线轴承滑轨的定位螺丝慢慢旋紧。
4. Use the torque wrench to lock the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the positioning screw of the linear bearing slideway.
5、使用相同安装方式安装副轨，且个别安装滑座至主轨与副轨上。注意滑座安装上线性滑轨后，后续许多附属件由于安装空间有限无法安装，必须于此阶段将所须附件一并安装。

6、轻轻安置移动平台到直线轴承主轨与副轨的滑座上，然后锁紧移动平台上的侧向迫紧螺丝，安装定位后即可完成。
6. Place the moving platform gently on the sliding seat of the main rail and the auxiliary rail of the linear bearing, then lock the lateral tightening screw on the moving platform, and the installation and positioning can be completed.
